INVESTMENT:

Option 1 - Hourly Rate
Suitable for clients that only require assistance with contract negotiating and follow
through to settlement.
- Retainer Fee: $1,750 plus GST ($175 per hour plus GST)
- Discounted hourly rate thereafter $150 plus GST.
- Retainer fee required upfront and upon additional 10 hours or less accrued

Option 2 - Unlimited Rate
Suitable for clients requiring assistance with property & area research, shortlisting,
coordinating & attending viewings, contract negotiating and follow through to
settlement.
- $10,000 plus GST
- Unlimited assistance until settlement or for 12 months whichever occurs first
- 50% deposit required upfront and remainder to be paid at settlement or at 12 months
whichever occurs first
