Sean is one for clear and simple transactions. He is a non pushy and considerate operator, he follows up and has both parties in the conversation from the get go. He works with the sellers and also advises the buyers. constant communication is key. Had it not been for his persistence in calling we may have missed out on our now home . Sean has a keen eye on what property suits different cliental.

My perspective is from the buyers side. Although I know his duty was to the seller, he was always engaged with me through the sales process. Helping make the sales process easier, whether it was recommending a professional conveyencer (his recommendation was fantastic!), assisting me procuring documents that my financiers required or being simply available for the bank valuers.
