Susan is amazing in keeping us informed on market updates prior to putting the house on the market and the subsequent sale of our properties. With one house being an older house, the other new, we were exploring two different buyers market. Her persistence after little interest within the first weeks paid off and we were able to get offers on both places quite quickly for the price we were after.
