At our first meeting after having spoken on the phone, Marie came prepared with information and had researched our property, suburb and median prices. She paid close attention to all of our concerns about privacy, home opens and timelines, before she shared her insights. We found this to be both endearing and professional at the same time.

She kept us updated and informed, and never hesitated to offer her time, even helped us to give access to tradies when it was needed. On one occasion, she also liaised with our neighbour when our fence unexpectedly came down during a wintry storm while we were overseas.
