Thomas was a great agent for buying a property, he is attentive without being pushy, plus he was available when needed. For example: I was not really sure of buying a strata property and he said "Maybe this property is not for you". When I asked he quickly gave me all the details of the strata that I requested. I was the buyer and she was the seller's agent, but Barbara was very kind as she knew quite quickly I was a first home buyer and inexperience with the process of buying the a house.  She was very helpful with the questions I asked and made it clear that I should take my time and read/do things thoroughly before I made a commitment to buy.  During the process of settlement, she regularly kept in touch; to keep myself and her updated about where I was with the obligations of my contract which is insanely handy as it gave me reinsurance that I was keeping my end of the contract.

Marie is an excellent and fastidious real estate agent. She is professional and such a genuine person who goes above and beyond for her clients. Marie made my experience of buying my first home with my partner so easy assisting us with anything that she can from the beginning until the very end. Although Marie technically worked for the seller, as the buyer she made our life incredibly easy which allowed the whole purchase to run smoothly and in a timely manner. The behind the scenes work that Tom put in to make this sale a success for us can never be underestimated, from the late decision we made to put our house on the market to then have the photos, sign boards and multiple home opens all within a week was true representation of how committed Tom was to be our selling agent. Then the service and effort he put in until we had a signed contract of offer and handed over the keys didn't stop. The words going "above & beyond" don't do justice to having Tom as our agent...
