From the moment I had my first contact Susan I was absolutely blown away by her professionalism and how easy she was to work with.

Selling a house in Perth while live in Sydney is never easy and Susan was fantastic and keeping constantly updated around upcoming home opens, potential buyers and any tweaks we might need to make to our advertising to ensure we drove the required foot traffic.

All of the marketing that she arranged was top class and was key to us getting the price that we were after.

If I ever sell another house in Perth she will be the first person I call.

The entire process was much easier than expected as Susan was able to find an interested purchaser within a week of me signing the contract with Mi Casa to sell my commercial property. Sold at my expected price too might I add.

No marketing was required and 30 days later, everything was done and settled. I was the buyer and she was the seller's agent, but Barbara was very kind as she knew quite quickly I was a first home buyer and inexperience with the process of buying the a house.  She was very helpful with the questions I asked and made it clear that I should take my time and read/do things thoroughly before I made a commitment to buy.  During the process of settlement, she regularly kept in touch; to keep myself and her updated about where I was with the obligations of my contract which is insanely handy as it gave me reinsurance that I was keeping my end of the contract.
