As a Property Manager you'll be responsible for managing a modest portfolio of North of the River properties, your duties will include scheduling and attending viewings with potential tenants, coordinating maintenance assessments and delivery as well as targeting new business and maintaining relationships with our current clients.
You will also possess a strong understanding of Property Management and exceptional customer service skills.
While the majority of your work is working one on one with your clients you will also have a base in our head office of Bicton and our new Mt Hawthorn working space.
A background in Real Estate, preferably Property Management would be desirable however we welcome applications from anyone who feels that this would be an ideal opportunity for their skills and experience and that is able to undertake the Property Management Registration promptly before commencement.
It is essential that you hold a current and clean driver's licence, have access to a suitable vehicle and experience in the use of internet, email, Google Documents and Microsoft Office.
The role is Full-time however we will negotiate to a Part-time flexible arrangement for the right candidate.
You are required to work at times that suit your clients; this includes some weekend and evening work.
